Security

How we protect your account and your content. If you spot a security problem, tell us on the Support page.

Signing in

You sign in with Google or with an email magic link. The site never asks for or stores a password of yours — there is no password on our side to steal. Sign-in is handled by our auth provider, and your session stays on your own device.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you post — your songs, posts, photos, and videos. Every table in the database has row-level rules, so members can only change their own content. Public content is readable by members; private content — your direct messages and your support messages — stays between the people involved. All pages are served over HTTPS.

Who can reach you

Voice calls in one-to-one chats are gated by your own setting under Edit Profile, in the Calls section: Anyone, Only people I’ve chatted with, or No one. The default is Only people I’ve chatted with, so a stranger cannot call you out of nowhere.

Content rules

Accounts are 13 and up, and a parent or guardian must consent before anyone under 18 may post or chat. Nudity and sexual content are not allowed, ever. Sexual content involving minors is zero tolerance: it is removed immediately, the account is banned, and it is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, as the law requires. The full rules are in the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Keeping younger members safe

Every member gives a date of birth, and the site’s age gate runs on it. Nobody under 13 can join. Members 13 to 17 can browse and listen, but posting, chatting, calling, and buying tokens stay locked until a parent or guardian approves. We will never ask for a government ID or a card check to prove an age. Every artist page has a Report underage user button; when a report checks out, the site owner can lock that account. And if your own birth date was typed in wrong, Support can correct it.

Reporting

Report buttons on artist pages and room messages send reports to the site owner. If someone is harassing you or breaking the rules, report it there, or send a message from the Support page with what happened and where.

Sensory safety

Nothing on the site animates or flashes — glows are static only. That is a safety choice for members with sensory sensitivities, and it applies to every page, including the stage and the rooms.

Coming next

Still being built: a block button, and a review screen for reports. Until those ship, reports go straight to the site owner, and the rules above are the ones in force.
