DMCA / Copyright
Effective October 25, 2026.
Center Stage Spotlight respects copyright. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it or disable access to it by sending a notice with all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed (or a list of works, if several).
- Identification of the material on our site you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it — a link to the page, profile, or post helps most.
- Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send notices to katrodgers81@gmail.com, or via the Support page. We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to material that infringes, and we notify the member who posted it when we can.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake — for example, you do have the right to share it — you can send a counter-notice with the same kind of details: what was removed and where, why you believe the removal was wrong, your contact information, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and your signature. We may restore the content after reviewing it.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material lose their accounts.
